Refund Policy
01 Refunds
Refunds are available for subscriptions to learning paths on ReadyMe within a period of 7 days from the date of subscription. To request a refund, users must contact our support team within the 7-day refund period.
Refunds will only be granted for subscriptions that are canceled within the refund period and accompanied by a valid reason for refund. Each request will be carefully evaluated, and refunds will be issued accordingly within 4 weeks, if applicable. However, beyond the refund period, subscription fees are non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method used for the subscription.
02 Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please begin by checking your bank account or credit balance again. Following that, we recommend reaching out to your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
