01 Data privacy, collection, & use

We will never sell users' personal information. We may disclose and share personal information:

with our group companies who may use the information in accordance with the Marketing communications and opting out section below. Please note information on learners aged under 18 will not be shared with group companies for marketing purposes; and/or in connection with a sale, joint venture or other transfer of some or all of our company or assets, subject to the commitment of the acquiring entity to comply with this Privacy Notice; and/or.

to protect the security and safety of the user and other persons, data, assets and systems, consistent with applicable law; and/or in other situations with the user's consent.

We also use personal information in aggregate form (so that no individual user is identified by name) to identify types of user, audit and analyse how our Services are used, to help with the strategic development of our Services, to conduct educational research, and to develop new products and services. 02 Data Deletion Request

We respect user's right to request the deletion of personal data.

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so at any time by using the "Delete Account" option available within our application.

Once the account deletion process is initiated:

• Your account will be marked for deletion and scheduled for permanent removal after 7 days.
• If you log in again within those 7 days, the deletion request will be automatically cancelled, and the account will remain active.
• If you do not log in during this 7-day period, the account and all related personal data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
• After permanent deletion, you will need to create a new account if you wish to use our services again.

We retain the exclusive prerogative to revise, modify, or substitute any segment of this Privacy Policy at our discretion. It is incumbent upon you to routinely inspect our website for any alterations.
